1 room apartment in Lille

Hello I’m subletting my apartment for 3 months from early January to the end of March for €800/month (dates flexible according to needs). It’s 47 m², in a quiet, secure building where lots of cats wander around, located between the Wazemmes and Porte des Postes metros, 10 minutes from the market and close to shops (convenience stores, bakery, Lidl and various bars/restaurants right next door). It faces due south so it’s very bright, on the 2nd and top floor (so no noise above), underground parking space, TV, washing machine, oven, bathtub...
