Hello! From January 18 a room will be available in a furnished 40 m² apartment, located right in the center of Annecy, very close to shops, transport and the lake. The apartment includes: • 2 bedrooms, one with a small balcony and the other with a smart TV • A functional, equipped kitchen (except oven) • A bathroom with all the essentials • Furnished apartment, except for the bed in the room to be taken (price negotiable) Note that there is no parking space included with the apartment, but a small cellar is available for storage :) Rent: ...
