From September onwards, renting to a student or employee, a private 13m² room in a shared apartment in a recent residence, with cameras. €420 including water and electricity. My apartment is located near the Carnot high school in CANNES. The room locks and has a large closet with a wardrobe. Additionally, each person will have their own washing machine.
