Room in Paris

Hello, I’m looking for a female roommate for a room in my apartment, which is very well located in the 93 department. It’s a furnished studio, and the tenant will have the room to herself. Rent is €500, including electricity and water. I’m looking for someone responsible and reliable; I don’t want a smoker or someone who drinks alcohol. If you’re tidy and clean, please contact me.
