The apartment is located 1 minute from the plain in a very quiet street with plenty of shops nearby. It is a 25 m² apartment with a living room/kitchen, a very large mezzanine with a big closet and over 2 meters in height, a toilet, and a small balcony. Rent is 610, including charges.
