10 m² room in Lille

Hello everyone! Jules Dumont and I are looking for 3 new flatmates for early April (move-in possible from March 27). The house is a 2-minute walk from Gambetta metro and a 6-minute walk from Rue Massena and all amenities, and includes a large 45 m² living room, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets. The 3 available rooms are 14, 8 and 7 m², and have respective rents of €435, €375 and €375 per month, plus about €60 in bills (gas + electricity).
