12 m² room in Strasbourg

Hello! We’re looking for a new flatmate starting in January for our great 92 m² apartment near Contades. I’m moving for work reasons, but I really enjoyed living here! Flatshare of two girls, very nice bright apartment on the 4th floor with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, all appliances and a home office/workshop. The rent is €735/month excluding electricity and Wi‑Fi. You would be sharing with my current flatmate Clarisse, a young working woman who is very friendly and open.
