15 m² room in Rennes

Hello, I'm offering a sublet of my room (15 m2) in Villejean from March to early July. It's a 72 m2 apartment for 3 people, 10 minutes from the Agrocampus, the Villejean metro and the university, with a price of €450/month, APL possible (~€100). The landlord is super nice and the apartment is very functional (oven, washing machine, balcony, TV in the shared living room, cellar...). One of the roommates is at Agro, and the other is rarely at the apartment but she is in business school. If you have any more questions, let me know!
