Hello everyone, following a cancellation I have availability for 3 months (from January 11 to mid‑April): a 2-room apartment, 42 m², with a terrace, in the Val Claret neighborhood, sleeps 4 (180 cm bed in the bedroom and 140 cm in the living room). Washing machine, reversible air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, 2 TVs. €65 per night (minimum 2 nights), €350 per week, €1,000 per month, all charges included. Mobility or seasonal lease.
