For a 3-month short-term rental, from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, I am letting my 48 m² flat on the 1st floor, facing south and overlooking a pedestrian street. It is 10 minutes from the Canal Saint-Martin and Gare du Nord station. There is plenty of transport nearby: metros 4, 5, 7, 7 bis, RER B, C and D, as well as transilien lines H and K.
