Very close to the Canal de l'Ourcq, the Canal Saint-Martin, and Jaurès metro; close to all transport and in a very nice neighborhood. If it is possible to share the accommodation for a few weekends a year for trainings in Paris, that would be a plus, or someone present in Paris during the week!
