25 m² room in Paris

Hello, Good deal! I live in Pré Saint-Gervais, less than 5 minutes from Paris, and I'm renting (for 1 person max) a large room with a private bathroom and toilet (like a studio). There is also a large terrace available. All located on the floor of my large loft apartment (225 m2). The kitchen is of course shared. Access is via an independent staircase. I'm looking for someone tidy, independent, respectful of the place, and with a guarantor. Wi‑Fi, internet access, etc. Preferably, it's a long-term rental. Rent €800 + €50 (charges)....
