Hello, We are subletting a room in a detached house occupied by our au pair daughter, aged 22. We are seeking a young woman only. The house has a separate entrance from our home but we share a courtyard facing the street and a garden as well as the laundry room (washing machine and dryer). On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen with all amenities included. Underfloor heating with a heat pump. Upstairs, a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a second living room with TV. Both bedrooms are located upstairs....
