Room in Aix les bains

Hello, I am offering a room in a 4-bedroom shared house with a garden, located in the hills of Aix-les-Bains, on the border of Mouxy and not far from Bois Vidal (900 m away). We are a couple, aged 52 and 44, and we already have a 42-year-old female flatmate and friend. We have no preference regarding age.
