I'm looking for 2 roommates starting in SEPTEMBER for a furnished house (107 m2) with a garden in a quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from downtown Épinal and a 1-minute walk from the bus stop and the hospital. Shared house with 3 adorable cats. Rent €600 all charges included (water, electricity, heating, Internet and Netflix). Shared dressing room. The house has an attic and a laundry room.
